Owen has experience in the preparation and negotiation of a wide variety of agreements including joint venture agreements, franchise agreements, agency contracts, and the documentation required to buy, sell, lease and secure property.  

Owen has a particular interest in the negotiation of contracts in the health sector and has enjoyed the challenges presented by this type of work; in particular those that arise when negotiating with multi-national pharmaceutical companies.  Owen divides his time between the Hamilton and Paeroa offices.

Owen has degrees in accounting and law.  He is a member of the Rotary Club of Waikato Sunrise and is a trustee of Career Moves Charitable Trust.
