Mark heads the private client team, working out of Harkness Henry’s Hamilton and Paeroa offices.  Mark has a diverse property law practice, with expertise in the areas of small businesses, rural property, subdivisions, land and property transactions, estate planning and trust law.  

Mark joined Harkness Henry in 1983.  After four years with the firm, he spent 15 months working for law firms in London before returning to Hamilton.  He became a partner in 1989.
