Sarah is an experienced commercial litigator, specialising in large scale commercial disputes, with particular expertise in insolvency, contract, health and safety prosecutions, intellectual property and insurance matters.  

She has a broad range of experience, developed during her previous work at Phillips Fox, as a senior solicitor for Islington Borough Council, London and as in-house legal counsel for one of the United Kingdom’s largest housing developers.

Sarah holds honours degrees in both law and management.  She is the convener of the Hamilton Women Lawyers Group and is on the Board of Trustees for True Colours Charitable Trust.
