Kevin deals with a wide range of commercial disputes, with a particular focus on insolvency law, the enforcement of mortgagees’ and landlords’ rights under the Property Law Act 2007, as well as intellectual property issues. 

Kevin holds a science degree as well as a law degree with first class honours.  Before joining Harkness Henry, Kevin was employed by the Ministry of Justice as Judges’ Research Counsel responsible for assisting the Judges with the preparation of their judgments. 

Kevin is a trustee for the Foundation for Youth Development, a charitable organisation.
