Shiree is in our commercial team and her expertise lies in commercial and general property transactions and business transactions.  Shiree advises clients on all property matters, rural or urban transactions, leasing, subdivisions and developments, sales and purchases of property and businesses, building agreements, partnerships, finance, franchises, asset planning and protection, and any general property or commercial contracts.

Shiree has degrees in law and political studies from Otago University.  She  worked as a tax solicitor for Inland Revenue, a general property solicitor at Cooney Lees Morgan Tauranga and as a specialist property advisor and project lawyer for numerous Borough Councils in London.

Shiree is a trustee of the Hamilton Child Care Services Trust.
