Dan specialises in company and commercial law, small business work and trust law .  Dan also advises on a wide range of property law issues, including commercial leases, mortgagee sales, and forestry emissions trading law, as well as advising on a variety of personal legal work.

Dan focuses on understanding clients’ legal issues in their wider commercial or personal context.  Dan solves clients’ problems with the most cost effective solution.

Dan holds a first class honours degree in law and a bachelor of arts degree in Chinese.  He is involved with Hamilton’s St Peters Sea Scout Group and is a member of the Hamilton Rotary Club.
