Chris Marr
Senior Associate, Commercial
Chris is a senior associate in the commercial team with over twenty years experience in a wide range of commercial and property matters, with particular expertise in company law, commercial joint ventures, contracting, property joint ventures and limited partnerships.
Chris also provides advice on the application of the Companies Act, the Commerce Act, the Personal Property Securities Act and the Securities Act.
Chris holds a degree in law from the University of Otago.
